Astroscale to Showcase Space Debris Removal Service at G20 Innovation Exhibition

June 12, 2019 – Astroscale Holdings Inc. (“Astroscale”), the market-leader in developing a space debris removal service to secure long-term orbital sustainability, will exhibit at the G20 Innovation Exhibition in Karuizawa, Japan from Friday, June 14 until Sunday, June 16. The exhibition will present Japan’s state-of-the art energy and environmental technologies under the theme of hydrogen energy, and countermeasures for marine plastic litter and innovation. Astroscale will showcase its pioneering space debris removal mission, End-of-Life Services by Astroscale demonstration (ELSA-d) due to launch in 2020.

The G20 Innovation Exhibition is hosted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Environment. Over 70 companies will be exhibiting and 30,000 visitors are expected over the three days. The exhibition is designed to be experience-based, providing visitors with an opportunity to have fun in learning about and understanding energy and environmental issues.
