Subject to these Terms of Use for Media Resources (the “Terms”) and the terms of use for our company’s website, any customer of Astroscale Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) may use images, videos, and other material provided by the Company on this website that are accompanied by a download button (the “Media Resources”) within the scope described below. (Any person who uses the Media Resources shall be hereinafter referred to as the “User”.)
Scope of purpose of use
The User may use the Media Resources only for news reporting, education, research, and other similar purposes, or non-commercial purposes; provided, however, that the following uses shall not be permitted:
(1) Any commercial or for-profit use;
(2) Use in a manner that causes the public to misunderstand that there exists any affiliation with, approval by, sponsoring by, or any other relationship with the Company; or
(3) Any other use that the Company deems inappropriate.
Restrictions on display and modification
If the User posts or displays the Media Resources, please include a credit identifying the Company as the provider of such Media Resources (e.g., “Images courtesy of Astroscale”).
Except for resizing or similar adjustments to the extent reasonably necessary for display and layout purposes, the User may not modify the Media Resources.
Changes to the Terms and withdrawal, etc. of permission to use
The Company may amend the Terms at any time without prior notice to the Users. If the User is in breach of the Terms or the terms of use for the Company’s website, the Company may withdraw permission to use the Media Resources without prior notice.
Furthermore, if requested by the Company, the User must immediately discontinue the use of the Media Resources.
Exclusion of liability
The Company makes no warranties, whether express or implied, with respect to the security, reliability, accuracy, completeness, timeliness and non-infringement of any third-party rights, etc. regarding the Media Resources.
The Company shall not be liable for any disputes or damages arising between the Users or between the User and any third party in connection with the use of the Media Resources.
